Do you offer free shipping?

Any order over $200 is free. We offer USPS Ground (free over $200) & Priority Mail for shipping options

We are proud to announce, we are now offering UPS shipping. We offer everything from UPS ground to Next Day Air for your convenience.

What methods of shipment do you use?

We use USPS and UPS, which can be selected at checkout.

When will my order ship?

We ship same day as long as payment is received by 4 pm EST

When will tracking update?

UPS: Typically scans every package and updates same day (not in real time)

USPS: Scans are very unreliable with USPS. In best case, they will update in the evening. Often times they skip the entry and local scans so it looks lost, until the scan at the destination hub appears. We often deliver direct to the transport truck, in that case the entry scan wont be logged

What happens if the courier loses my package or it gets stuck?

All packages are guaranteed to be delivered. If the package has had no movement in 2 weeks, we will send a free reshipment. Please make sure to receive the package in a safe place as we will not be able to replace any packages that have a final delivery scan

What is the best shipping method?

We strongly believe UPS 2-day is the best shipping option.
